My uncle & wife chose this location for their wedding in June - it was perfect. The location is easy to find and well sign posted. The grounds are beautiful - breathtaking views. There is plenty of photo opportunities to get the perfect wedding shots. Lots of local hotels nearby for anyone wanting to stay over. All in all, a fabulous location!

Well what an amazing place! Great for weddings and any other events you want to book! They also got a lake which is full of Carp,trout, goldfish and maybe roach?

From the moment we drove down the long welcoming entrance, we knew this venue was the one for us. Open car parking space, leading to the wooden lodge overlooking a lake with two impressive fountains. Canada lodge is the perfect mix of outdoor meets indoor for a venue, with all-inclusive wedding day potential and accommodation to make this a dream combination to some couples. To think its tucked away just outside Cardiff! The venue has been extremely accommodating and easy to work with, despite a global pandemic, no request or question was too much or left un-responded to. The whole day was contained in the main lodge with the ceremony upstairs and wedding breakfast located directly below. Good overall accessibility to the site and mobility around it were key for some of our guests, and we were relived to find this catered for. We wanted to go further with our food on the day, and we were difficult to please no doubt – asking for things outside of the norm. However Canada Lodge rose to the challenge and it’s catering team and head chef Vasanth, worked with us to create bespoke beautiful canapés and a carvery style banquet for the wedding breakfast. The staff were always polite, kind, and happy to help. We had an amazing service from beginning to end, starting notably with the wonderful Hollie and her impressive event team on the day and this continued to the day with the front of house team lead impressively by Delyth – who worked all day to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The day went without a hitch thanks to the hard work of all those at Canada Lodge. We want to say a very special thank you to Hollie for the hard work and dedication she put in to making our day, bespoke, organised and understood by all. If you’re looking for a venue with a difference that guests will remember for a long time to come, then look no further. My dearest friends sons wedding. Beautiful Bride and Groom. Staff were so helpful. Grounds and lodges amazing. A great place to stay and write and hide from the World. Hope to return one day
