You will get the Best Service Possible. They Try to do everything with Respect and support gratitude from the Hart. We used there services many times and in future I will be using this service and I recommend any family and friends they are very good very considerate. They understand how to lose someone off your loved ones

Absolutely amazing place mashallah! CSMA guided us (as we had no other family) and gave us advice and so much help making funeral arrangements for my beloved mother, who passed away in July. CSMA handled the whole process from start to finish whilst communicating with us throughout - to let us know all our options and let us make all the important decisions, and also to regularly update us on what was happening when. They also accommodated all the extra little burial requests we desired. They were very empathetic, compassionate and were non judgemental. We felt they were very understanding around how upset and emotional we were at losing Ammi Jaan, whilst we were trying to arrange the funeral at the same time. (CSMA worked incredibly hard and managed to arrange Ammi's burial within 24hrs of her passing) They didn't hound us for the money upfront - unlike alot of other masjids/places that we'd contacted shortly beforehand that had specified a huge amount of money to be paid upfront, only then they were agreeing to commence any funeral work! How sad, (especially more so as muslims) that this is how we behave towards one another at times of extreme grief - that it's still all about making lots of money and profit and nil empathy or compassion for fellow muslims)..... a sign of the times but still really so sad😞. We felt ourselves & Ammi were treated with dignity and compassion, like human beings and not just like another business customer. CSMA costs were reasonable too and significantly lower than other places - but their service was priceless! In my opinion this is what a true charity should be like and I would highly recommend this place - especially Azeem who oversaw everything 🙏.
