I phoned up Estelle's bouquets from Newcastle . as I wanted to send my friend who lived in the area of the florist s spoke to mark of Estelle's and he really went out of his way and assured me it would be beautiful and since I have had a photo posted to me of the bouquet I have to say for the price the colours and display is outstanding I would highly recommend Estelle's bouquet

Beautiful flowers sent by a dear friend for my birthday. I wasn't in when they tried to deliver but l did get a phone call and they were re-delivered once l was home. The gentleman who rang me was very apologetic for 'spoiling' the surprise. I would certainly recommend Estelle's to anyone.

Estelles recently provided the flowers for our mums funeral. Mark took his time to go through our requests and helped us with our choices. A really friendly personal service. The flowers were perfect, just as we had imagined them. A big thank you to Mark for all his help and expertise.

I have used many florists over the years, but Estelles Bouquets are hands down one of the most professional florists I have used. They really know how handle their business with competence and ordering with them with ease. Estelles dealt with a same delivery for me (which was last minute of me I know!) But they reassured me it would be delivered and took care of it and gave me peace of mind, which is essentially what you want from a florist company. I even got good feedback from my recipient that they had never received such a big bouquet from anyone in their life. So bonus for me that it was on time and looked fabulous!
