Alhamdulillah I have received a great service from Precept team. They have a very trusted and well connected network you can rely upon. In each stages of my home purchase journey Precept team members helped me by providing up-to-date info and guidance. Leveraging their network connections was very helpful to speed up the process with the bank. To further improve their services, I'd recommend to automate the information collection process, for example, by replacing MS Excel forms with online forms which will remove some duplication of efforts. Had a really good experience with Precept Finance. Drawing down the islamic finance from Gatehouse could not be easier without their help. Special thanks goes to Mr. Abul, Mr. Shamim. Brother Abul was my first point contact. I did have some shortage that my own funding was not adequate for the deposit amount. So I had to show gift amount in application. However bank rejected the gift fund because they did not agree with the explanation of the money source. Brother Abul handled the situation very smoothly.
