If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I met them for decoration for my wedding day they were absolutely lovely in person and promised a great deal but delivered nothing!! I asked for specific colours for stage flowers and specific seating arrangements which they agreed to and I paid them the price they asked for with no negotiations what so ever as I had an image in mind which they promised to deliver. On wedding day my cake lady called to say your stage is all ivory colours whereas I asked for pinks red and purples so I contracted them whilst I was getting ready for my big day and I was told his brother messed it up and my chosen colours will be added in no time I was happy with that after that I didn't hear anything from them I was expecting a final stage picture once all work had taken place but didn't receive it. During my photoshoot my brother informed me that seating of stage isn't what we asked for tried contacted red carpets no answer and once the barat was at the door and all guests had gone into the hall red carpets rung me back and said they can bring the correct seating in 15 minutes to which I replied how would that make the guests and the groom feel once told to get off the stage so correct seating can be placed... initially they denied that I asked for the seating they provided when I reminded them off the notes they sent me that's when they admitted thier fault. Although they dud compensate me for thier error but it wasn't about the money for me as I could have got much cheaper job elsewhere for what they provided me with but I had an outlook in mind which they messed up.. I also asked them to provide for signage for the wedding and they spelt mine and my husband's name wrong even though the night before I confirmed the spellings via WhatsApp. I'm not sure how incompetent one have to be to not be able to spell correct names written in front of you still waiting for a refund on that. I had 5 events for my wedding in total and used different suppliers no one let me down except these guys. Only use them if you're looking to mess up your day I wish I had gone elsewhere. Avoid avoid avoid

We had an agreed plan in place with Red Carpet Events on how the decor will look and the props they will use. However, on the day there were so many pieces missing. The centerpieces weren't finished how they promised, the stage was messy and looked like a rush job, the head tables were completely wrong. We still paid the agreed price before we saw the final result which was a complete disappointment. Amjad repeatedly told us they're the best at their job and would do everything to a high standard but this clearly isn't the case. I greatly regret trusting them!!

Red Carpet Events are an amazing company. I recently have started a business in events and came across them, I have bought some excellent props off them to get my business going. They have been extremely helpful and supportive in regards to starting up my business, which not many businesses would do especially being in the same industry. They gave me a lot of advice and also helped me achieve a look I wanted to create by helping me pick the relevant equipment. It’s brilliant to know you can rely on businesses like these, for advice and support.

Amazing, couldn't recommend them more. As a result of Covid, my original plans fell through so I contacted RedCarpetEvents last minute and they really did an amazing job. Amjad event advised us on what he thinks would look better and why. Great team and they really did try their absolute best to make my wedding day special.

We loved the decor that Amjad did for us, his customer service is amazing. He transformed our venue with 3 days notice and listened to everything we wanted and brought our vision to life. He made us feel really comfortable and it felt like we had known him a long time. He is really understanding and very creative and works around you as a customer and your budget. His work was phenomenal, the attention to detail was second to none and he ensured everything was done to perfection. He came at 11pm the night before the wedding due to problems we had with the venue and still stayed up till past 4am to finish the decor. He came again in the morning to ensure everything was done. Amjad is very creative and showed us a wide variety of options and tailored them to our needs. He also did a few extras for us within our agreed price which we really appreciated. We are really happy with him and his team and would recommend to anyone looking for luxury detailed decor and a personalised service.
