Even giving the 1 star is being generous.
Dealt with Athia - shes rude and comes across very unprofessional in her manner. Any issues that occurred were always someone else's fault.
Instead of resolving simple issues she would rather argue with you. Left everything till last minute. Forgot about our help to buy ISA.
She made the process of buying our first house tedious caused us unnecessary stress.
We were recommended this firm by our mortgage broker, who has since stopped using this firm due to the complaints received about this individual.
