We got my sisters wedding lengha from SJR. She wanted a trail bigger then the one on the display. The end product was amazing, everyone who saw it said 'wow' on the day. Thank you for such an amazing experience. We felt like we got 5* service, with the tailor and the assistants waiting for us at the time of the fitting appointment. Great customer service. Good value for money. Amazing quality.

Fantastic service, nice and friendly staff. My bridal outfit was made to perfection and was really pretty. I didn’t have to have any alterations they got everything bang on. It came 2 weeks before the expected delivery date. Can’t recommend them enough!! Babu was great & made me feel at ease when I ordered and when I went to collect. I got my bridal dress from here and I’m in love with it!!! The experience start to finish was the best. As soon as I walked in, the owner Zeeshan knew exactly what I wanted and showed me my dream dress after I only briefly told him what I wanted!! The customer service is nothing but the best! I sat down and he helped me pick the colour and work for my dress and it came out BEAUTIFUL!!! I can’t even express how amazing the service was, after I ordered the dress I was worried and even when I called a few times, he was very very supportive and helpful. I’m so excited to wear my dress! Thank you to all the Staff! He knew exactly what to do with the dress when it came to the pattern, the scarf and the amount of detail I wanted. The whole bridal dress experience is stressful as it is but when you have someone who has so much knowledge and experience, it helps with the whole procedure!!! REALLY RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR DRESS FROM HERE!!!!

All employees at SJR are very experienced and friendly. I was very nervous when buying my wedding dress as I had heard many horror stories about brides not getting their dresses in time or something being wrong with it. When choosing my dress, there were many beautiful and unique designs that I had not seen in the bigger and more popular stores before. I changed the design of the dress that I liked as I wanted it in jacket style. When I picked up my dress today, I was amazed my dress was beyond my expectations. The dress came within time and was made at a short notice of 3 months. The staff at SJR have gone over and beyond at every step of my dress buying process. They genuinely care about their customers and listen to every little detail of how you want your dress. They provide an exceptional customer service and are definitely a store that can be relied upon. They have taken away a lot of the stress that comes with wedding preparations!

After visiting various shops in Birmingham and hearing poor reviews about some of the more famous/popular shops, I was really nervous about choosing a bridal shop. I was informed about SJR Boutique by my aunt and was so pleased with the excellent service. Brother Zeeshan went above and beyond to ensure I got a brand new dress which was made to a design I chose with an additional trail/dupatta, within a short time frame. They stuck to their word and got the dress made even better than I expected. Brother Zeeshan was not a pushy salesman, he showed me different options and I got to choose the perfect dresses within my budget range (not overpriced, has good sales on and I got a bargain!). The lady who was helping me with the fitting was really friendly and experienced too. Overall I am very pleased with SJR Boutique on Ladypool Road and I would recommend this to other brides for an overall pleasant experience. #SaidYesToTheDress
