Disappointed with the service I received given the good reviews on Google. After speaking to my makeup artist, I found out the experience I had is quite common with Swavo. Swavo don’t take much responsibility for the condition the jewellery comes in. The quality of the jewellery was disappointing- stones misaligned, dried glue residue left on the sets, soldering very visible etc. I had to express my concern for the member of staff to polish the set- however, this should be done before it is handed to the customer. Response from Swavo tends to be the fact that it comes like that or it’s because the jewellery is hand made. Manager doesn’t deal with issues- lets inexperienced staff deal with them, who seem they are feeding you rubbish excuses. Regardless of whether the jewellery is handmade, I would expect jewellery to be in pristine condition for the high prices you pay. Had a completely different experience elsewhere at Aisha Naheed for my Walima set who was very helpful and much more affordable!
