This hall is so beautiful and Elton was amazing from the day i went to view the venue till a day to my event. I am giving a three star because Elton gave me post party trauma. We agreed that my event was for 6 to 7hours but Elton after 4hours(event started at 7:30pm to finish at 12am) but Elton started shouting at 11pm that the music should go off, my partner hadn't even done his main grand entrance and most people that arrived at 10 ish didn't even get a chance to enjoy the party. I felt so embarrassed as he caused drama in the presence of my friends and families I couldn't get over it. This hall is beautiful but make sure you have a written agreement with the management as he kept giving different information about the terms and conditions. The staffs were also great people and really helpful. Just wish I could clear the trauma but its keeps coming back. P.S : The guys switched off the AC and everyone was sweating profusely.

Big Thank You to Tony, his brother and all the staff who looked after our wedding as if it was their own. From the very first day in January until the big day in July they were very helpful with all the information. Everything was very well organized, clean, well planned out and beautifully decorated (big thanks for the staff). The food was amazing and all the guests really liked it. The staff was super friendly and helped with all kinds of random things that came up during the event. Couldn't have wanted a better venue for the wedding! We already have in mind of hiring this venue again for our future events. Some of the friends have taken the information as they want to plan some events there too.

Superb all around! The venue is a real hidden gem. Easy to get to but with ample on street parking. It is clean and well decorated. Even the bathrooms were spotless by the end of the night! More importantly, the staff were truly amazing. They did their best to accommodate all our wishes. They allowed us to bring our own food, which is so hard to come by! they stuck with us all through the night. Above and beyond!! I cannot praise them enough. I have shared this gem with all my friends and family. Would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have nothing but thanks to The Imperial for being a great venue for our wedding. The duty manager was ever so helpful, contactable and provided access for us to plan our wedding successfully. The kitchen and bar service was top notch! The staff are very helpful and went the extra mile for us on every front. On the big day, they performed their function to the letter which contributed to the success of our wedding. I honestly and highly recommend this venue in terms of price, peace of mind and for a duty manager who generally puts your best interests at heart. Wife: We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the venue, the decor was done to our specification and we were served by all members of the team with a smile. Our guests were really happy with our choice in venue for all these reasons. I highly recommend this venue for weddings, birthdays and other celebrations. It is perfect for intimate celebrations!

What a fantastic place to celebrate my wedding! Starting from the amazing staff to the delicious and freshly prepared food they delivered to us. Decor was superb! I had tight budget and Elton gave me best deal i could get anywhere else! He was there to help from beginning to the end. I can’t thank him enough!!!! Thank you once again and we will see you in other family occasions. Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.
