A good location though £14 for parking is excessive. The welcome was warm and friendly and we felt at home. The room we were given was excellent. It had been refurbished, there was a sofa and a coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean and we had a nice view of the lock. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here as it has close proximity to Kew Gardens. The hotel was very nice and we were very fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the canal. Room was super clean and the staff very helpful and happy. The chap on reception made such an effort to be pleasant. We caught the bus to Kew (bus stop 1 minute walk). Opposite the hotel is a nice Indian restaurant who is committed to being carbon neutral. Our bill had £1.24 added to cover the cost of planting a tree! How cool is that! I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice location and friendly staff. But Holiday Inn completely raid us: - We arrived early morning and were willing to pay the night. But the rooms were not ready! Still, we had to pay the night - we parked the car and thought parking was included. But after we arrived back we got a parking fee notice of 100 GBP! There are certainly other more nice Hotels in the outskirts of London. Please avoid this one, expensive and they screw you

After an absolutely terrible experience at Heathrow, finding myself and my family marooned in London for an extra 3 days, I found this gem. It is the best value for the money I could find in west London. To top it off Joshua at the front desk was AMAZING!! He got us into a room immediately, even though it was well before normal check-in time. He was polite and generous and we really appreciated it after such a rough morning.

Excellent service, super-clean room with fantastic beds and bedding. I know, I have low back pain, but night sleep was amazing! Breakfast freshly cooked and variety is more than satisfying. Nice walk around hotel down the Grand Channel- you can see swans with their babies :)) Highly recommended hotel, definitely will come back.
